Manage end-to-end sales of luxury primary residential properties, with a focus on international markets (e.g., UK, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia).<br><br>• Provide expert consultancy on overseas property investment, including legal, taxation, and financing aspects.<br><br>• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering tailored property solutions.<br><br>• Utilize the unique café setting to host client meetings, creating a relaxed yet professional atmosphere for discussions.<br><br>• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative marketing strategies that leverage our combined property and café identity.<br><br><br>------<br><br>Requirements & Qualifications<br><br>• Must hold a valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License.<br><br>• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in high-end residential or international properties.
