<p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li>Degree in HR discipline</li><li>above 5 years of HR experience in a sizable organization</li><li>Knowledge of HR ordinances in Hong Kong</li><li>Experience in compensation and benefits for China and Southeast Asia is a plus</li><li>Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet skills</li><li>Excellent command of English & Cantonese (verbal & written)</li></ul><p></p><p><strong><u>Job Duties</u></strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and implement HR practices in compliance with local regulations</li><li>Manage payroll, benefits, and tax administration</li><li>Handle recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and resignations</li><li>Administer group insurance and provident fund plans</li><li>Monitor legal changes regarding payroll and benefits</li><li>Assist in performance appraisals and maintain employee records</li><li>Coordinate staff functions and training programs</li><li>Support recruitment in Vietnam</li><li>Assist HK employees with work permits and tax administration</li><li>Provide backup on compensation and benefits, focusing on payroll and taxation</li><li>Organize company events</li></ul>
