Industry Research Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Industry Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth industry and project research, analyzing market dynamics, and producing feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making by senior management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in research, business analysis, and project execution within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent industry and project research based on business concepts proposed by management, outlining implementation pathways and key success factors.
• Analyze target sectors including business models, leading practices, policy environment, technological conditions, and critical resource requirements.
• Identify potential risks, regulatory constraints, cost structures, and key milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare logically structured and data-driven feasibility study reports to facilitate management decisions.
• Participate in information collection, interviews, data analysis, and external relationship building to support end-to-end project execution from research to implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Business, Finance, Engineering, Law, or a related field. Current students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with excellent analytical and written communication abilities.
• Experience in independent research, report writing, or business writing (sample work or academic projects are acceptable).
• Proactive, execution-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Proficiency in information gathering and fluency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to proactively engage with external partners to facilitate collaboration.
