Key Responsibilities
1. Team building and talent development
Set up a supply chain solution team of 10-15 people at the Singapore headquarters; design organizational structure and growth path.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance management, implement coaching management, and ensure that members' professional skills and leadership abilities are synchronized.
Maintain close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, legal, technical, and other cross-functional departments to provide full-chain resource support for solution implementation.
2. Industry solution planning & supply chain strategy optimization
Coordinate the supply chain model design for three core target industries: communications high-tech, industrial manufacturing, and home appliances, covering multimodal transportation, warehousing/bonded storage, customs clearance compliance, reverse logistics, and inventory financing, etc.
Based on customer business scenarios, develop supply chain solutions, standard operating procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI) (OTIF ≥ 95%, cost/shipment, compliance rate, etc.), and continuously iterate through data analysis.
3. Productize design & platformize landing
Based on the company's resources, systems and network capabilities, design and launch replicable logistics products (full container/less than container load, temperature control, cross-border e-commerce dedicated line, bonded warehouse, supply chain finance, etc.).
Establish a BI monitoring system (Power BI / Tableau), real-time monitoring of key indicators such as costs, timeliness, and risks, and driving data-driven operational optimization.
4. Customer customization solutions & stakeholder collaboration
With sales and marketing, we will jointly explore key customers and international big customers in the core target industry, provide end-to-end customized solutions and coordinate business negotiations.
Lead the establishment of a cooperation framework, performance evaluation and relationship maintenance with key partners (shipping companies, airlines, warehouse operators, customs agents, financial institutions).
Regularly organize customer/partner performance reviews to enhance service satisfaction (NPS ≥ 70) and drive solution deep penetration.
5. Strategic planning & risk management
Through market/competitive intelligence, operational data analysis, formulate network capacity planning, cost optimization and resource allocation strategies.
Establish a cross-border compliance and policy risk early warning system to ensure that the solution meets the customs, tax and regulatory requirements of the destination country.
Job Requirements
Education background: Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, International Trade or related professional bachelor's degree or above; master's degree is preferred
Work experience: ≥10 years of cross-border logistics/supply chain management experience; of which ≥5 years should be spent as a solution planner/business developer/department head in a large-scale freight forwarder/logistics company; those with operational experience in Singapore, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia or North America are preferred.
Industry experience: In-depth understanding of the supply chain characteristics of Communication High-tech (5G base stations, optical fiber equipment, etc.), Industrial Manufacturing (heavy machinery, automation equipment), and Home Appliances (large appliances, consumer electronics) can output industrialized solution
Language ability: English (business fluent, oral/written) as the working language; with Chinese (Mandarin) reading and writing abilities, able to provide support in internal cross-border communication
Professional skills • Multimodal transportation, customs compliance, warehouse management, reverse logistics, and supply chain finance knowledge from end to end
• Familiar with OMS, TMS, WMS, BMS and API integration
• Data analysis and visualization (SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau)
• Business model construction, cost-service balance capability
Leadership: Successfully building or managing cross-functional teams (10 + people), with experience in coaching management, conflict resolution, and performance promotion
