<p>Our client is urgently looking for a Developer who is skilled in <strong>VR/AR, Game Development, Unity or 3D Content Creation.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Design and develop VR training content: Build interactive 3D environments, scenarios, and simulations for Cargo operations using Unity or Unreal Engine, delivered as vendor service packages</p><p>• Create engaging VR experiences: Develop assets including 3D models, animations, particle effects, and interactive elements; incorporate gamification (e.g., branching narratives, scoring, feedback loops)</p><p>• Collaborate on content iteration: Work with Cathay Academy's Digital Learning Content Lead, SMEs, and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype VR modules, and refine based on user testing feedback for realism, usability, and learning outcomes</p><p>• Test and quality assure VR content: Perform iterative playtesting, identify bugs in interactions/physics, and validate educational effectiveness through metrics like completion rates and quiz performance, providing detailed QA reports</p><p>• Support content scalability: Adapt core VR templates for multiple inflight and cargo operations training variants and contribute to reusable asset libraries for future digital learning projects</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>• High Diploma or Degree holder in Game Development, Computer Science, Interactive Media, or a related creative-technical discipline</p><p>• At least 3 years of experience in VR/AR content development, with a portfolio showcasing interactive VR projects (e.g., simulations, training apps, or games)</p><p>• Expertise in Unity, including VR toolkit proficiency (preferred to have knowledge on PICO Business Streaming, leveraging the platform from NMY Mixed-Reality Communication) for building immersive scenes</p><p>• Strong skills in 3D content creation: Proficiency on modelling, texturing, rigging, and animating VR assets</p><p>• Experience with gamified learning design principles, interactive storytelling, and UX/UI for VR (e.g., minimizing motion sickness, intuitive controls)</p><p>• Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin</p>
