3.Manage and drive talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
4.Oversee performance management processes, employee relations, and talent development initiatives to promote a high-performance culture.
5.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify organizational development needs, while driving change and enhancing overall staff moral.
6.Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
1.Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
2.Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in all-around human resources, with 5 years in a managerial role,.
3.Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices across Greater China.
4.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in a diverse and multicultural environment.
5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
