Responsibility:
Provide premier customer services at the service counters of Grade A office towers
Handle general enquiries, complaints providing courteous services to office tenants and visitors
Requirements:
DSE graduate or above
Fresh Graduate or 1 year of customer service experience preferable in property management / hotel management
5.5 day works, alternative Saturday (Sunday and public holiday off )
12 days Annual Leave
Cheerful, pleasant, customer-oriented and cooperative
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good spoken in English and Chinese
Immediately available is preferred
More experience candidate will be considered as Senior Customer Service Ambassador
