Customer Service Ambassador (Commercial Building)

<p>Responsibility:</p> <p>Provide premier customer services at the service counters of Grade A office towers<br>Handle general enquiries, complaints providing courteous services to office tenants and visitors</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>DSE graduate or above<br>Fresh Graduate or 1 year of customer service experience preferable in property management / hotel management<br>5.5 day works, alternative Saturday (Sunday and public holiday off )<br>12 days Annual Leave<br>Cheerful, pleasant, customer-oriented and cooperative<br>Good interpersonal and communication skills<br>Good spoken in English and Chinese<br>Immediately available is preferred<br>More experience candidate will be considered as Senior Customer Service Ambassador<br>We offer attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
