Part-time telephone liaison/student affairs assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for explaining the company's service content to customers by phone and answering related inquiries
• Assist in arranging customer meeting time (Booking), coordinate suitable meeting time
• Handle daily student affairs-related administrative work, including data input, file organization, and record updates
• Support office basic administrative affairs, ensure smooth operation
• Collaborate with team members to provide a high-quality customer service experience

Work requirements

• Have secondary school, college or university enrollment/graduation qualifications, academic qualifications are not limited to academic departments
• Fluent in Cantonese, able to express clearly; basic English reading and writing abilities
• Able to read and write Chinese, and able to handle general Chinese and English documents
• Hard-working and reliable, with good communication skills, polite and patient
• Active and positive personality, able to handle work independently, and those with a sense of responsibility are given priority
