Lead modeling, optimization, tolerance analysis, and technical documentation of sensor micro-structures.
Oversee prototype sampling, testing, verification, and data iteration to continuously enhance sensor performance.
Drive mold design and trial runs to guarantee part processing quality.
Track mass production assembly, resolve structural issues, and ensure product reliability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Instruments, or related fields (full-time).
3+ years of experience in precision mechanical structure design, with successful mass production project cases.
Solid theoretical foundation in material mechanics, elasticity theory, and finite element theory; proficient in at least one simulation software.
Preference for candidates with R&D experience in tactile sensors, force sensors, pressure sensors, or other MEMS sensors.
Strong cross-departmental communication skills and team spirit; able to collaborate closely with optical, electronic, algorithm, and software engineers.
Optimization Highlights:
Conciseness: Streamlined redundant phrases (e.g., "Responsible for" → direct verb-led structure) while retaining core requirements.
Clarity: Standardized terminology (e.g., "3+ years" for brevity, "full-time" clarified in parentheses) and improved logical flow.
Professionalism: Enhanced action verbs (e.g., "Oversee" "Guarantee" "Collaborate") to align with technical role expectations.
Readability: Shortened sentence length and maintained parallel structure for easier scanning (critical for recruitment scenarios).
