<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for daily reception work, including welcoming visitors, registering visiting information, and providing basic consultation services</li><li>Answer and transfer internal and external phone calls, accurately record and convey important information to relevant departments or personnel</li><li></li><li>Arrange local and international express services, track logistics status and properly save delivery records</li><li>Manage meeting room reservation system, coordinate usage time, avoid conflicts and ensure equipment is working properly</li><li></li><li>Support various administrative affairs, including data input, file archiving and other tasks assigned by the supervisor</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Secondary school graduation or above, with basic computer operating skills (familiar with Word, Excel, etc. office software)</li><li>Have good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, understand Mandarin and basic English</li><li></li><li>Applicants with reception or administrative work experience will be given priority</li><li>Need basic Chinese and English writing skills, able to accurately record and organize information</li></ul>
