Main responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries about orders and inventory delivery status through hotlines and support email
Handling customer complaints
Handle and process sales-related transactions, such as sales orders, purchase orders, receipt of goods, customer returns, etc.
Work with internal operations and sales teams to meet customer needs
Prepare monthly reports to support monthly service level agreement (SLA) review and customer meetings
Support temporary tasks or promotional activities as needed
Entry Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in business or related sciences
At least two years of relevant customer support service experience, those with customer service work experience are preferred
Good writing skills in Chinese and English, able to speak fluent Cantonese
Familiar with the use of ERP systems and Excel
Daily shift hours are from 9 am to 6 pm or from 10 am to 7 pm
