Assist in the formulation and implementation of employee shift and scheduling plans, ensuring that the human resources allocation of each position is reasonable and meets the operational needs.
Maintain close communication with all departments to understand changes in human resources needs and adjust personnel arrangements in real time to respond to sudden situations.
Responsible for recording and tracking employee attendance, and assisting with handling leave, overtime, and shift-related matters.
Support the input of personnel data management and scheduling system to ensure information accuracy and error-free.
Participate in the scheduling process optimization project, propose improvement suggestions to enhance overall work efficiency.
Work requirements
Second 5 or above, with basic computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office software is preferred.
Interested in human resources or administrative work, willing to learn and devote myself to scheduling related affairs.
Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to effectively coordinate the needs of different departments.
Acceptable shift work or flexible work schedule, with a sense of responsibility and punctuality.
