Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily registration of personnel and vehicles, ensuring accurate and error-free records that comply with company standards.
2. Regularly conduct area patrols, inspect facility safety conditions, and promptly discover and report potential risks or abnormal situations.
3. Provide high-quality services to customers, including guidance, assistance in solving problems, and responding to emergency needs.
5. Maintain public order within the property, ensure a clean and safe environment, and enhance the satisfaction of residents or users.
Requirements:
1. Hold a valid security guard license (blue card) and QAS certificate, with legal qualifications for practice.
2. Have good communication skills, be able to provide professional assistance to customers and handle complaints properly.
3. Familiar with basic safety management knowledge and operating procedures, and able to quickly respond to various emergency situations.
4. Work carefully and responsibly, with a strong safety awareness and team spirit.
5. Relevant security work experience is preferred, especially those familiar with property management scenes are better.
