Clinic Assistant

<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide quality customer service at the clinic to ensure compliance with the company's service standards</li><li>Responsible for daily operations, including patient reception, registration, appointment scheduling, answering inquiries, dispensing medication, and billing.</li><li>Keep the clinic tools and environment clean and tidy, and perform basic cleaning tasks</li><li>Assist doctors with diagnosis preparation and post-operative care related support work</li><li>Handle Chinese and English administrative work, including file sorting, data input and record management</li><li>Operate the computer system, perform Chinese and English input and basic office software application</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Have good communication skills and team spirit, be able to effectively interact with colleagues and patients</li><li>Service attitude is sincere, empathetic, and respectful of patients' privacy and needs</li><li>Work seriously and responsibly, be punctual and polite, and have a high sense of responsibility</li><li>Fluent in Cantonese, able to have conversations in Mandarin and basic English</li><li>Familiar with basic computer operations, familiar with Chinese and English input methods</li><li>Secondary School Entrance Examination or secondary five education or above</li><li>Applicants with one or more years of relevant work experience are preferred, those with clinic work experience or those who understand blood drawing and injection techniques are especially suitable</li><li>Willing to accept on-the-job training, immediate employment will be given priority</li></ul><p> Benefits</p><ul><li>Birthday leave</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Further study allowance</li><li>Employee medical beauty and product discounts</li><li>Paid annual leave and public holidays</li></ul>
