Facilities Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/BMS) (Data Center Project)

<p><strong><u>Main responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Design, implement and maintain mechanical and electrical systems.</li><li>Manage and optimize building management systems (BMS).</li><li>Perform equipment fault diagnosis and repair to ensure system stability.</li><li>Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to enhance facility performance.</li><li>Coordinate suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth maintenance and service delivery.</li><li>Track and analyze system performance, and propose improvement suggestions.</li><li>Provide 7x24 emergency services to ensure a quick response in any situation.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering, with relevant professional background.</li><li>At least 3 years of data center facility operations or maintenance experience, familiar with BMS operators are preferred.</li><li></li><li>Solid technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication skills and team spirit.</li><li>Proficient in using engineering design software and office software</li></ul>
