E-Commerce / Website Assistant

Main responsibilities

- Product Management: Assist with the daily operation of the e-commerce platform, including product upload and download, updating product information, images and prices.

- Website maintenance: Use WordPress to assist with updating and maintaining the company website (such as daily content updates, basic page layout adjustments)

- Website testing: Assist in basic website and online store function testing to ensure system operation is normal and user experience is smooth.

- Marketing support: Collaborate with the Marketing department to provide basic IT and technical support for various online promotion and marketing activities.

Position requirements

- Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, E-commerce, Multimedia Design or related subjects (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

- Have basic website operations (HTML & CSS) and IT knowledge.

- Can make good use of AI tools such as Cursor / Claude Code,

- Priority will be given to those with basic WordPress operation experience.

- Familiar with Microsoft Excel operations (such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).

- Have basic Python knowledge (applicants with simple scripts to assist in data processing are preferred; no need for in-depth programming experience)

- Work carefully, have a good attitude towards learning and responsibility.

- Have good communication skills and team spirit.

Job Responsibilities

- E-commerce Operations: Assist in daily product management on e-commerce platforms, including uploading and removing product listings, and updating product details, pricing, and inventory.

- Website Maintenance: Help update and maintain the company website using WordPress (e.g., updating content, images, and making basic layout adjustments).

- Website Testing: Perform basic functional testing on the website and online store to ensure smooth navigation and a good user experience.

- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Marketing department to provide basic IT and technical support for online promotional campaigns.

- Data Processing: Utilize Microsoft Excel and basic Python to assist in data organization and streamline daily routine tasks.

Job Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, E-commerce, Multimedia Design, or related disciplines (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

- Basic understanding of website operations and general IT concepts.

- Hands-on experience with WordPress is highly preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

- Basic knowledge of Python (ability to use simple scripts for data handling is a plus; advanced programming skills are not required).

- Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.

- Good communication skills and a team player.
