Duties include:

Follow up on the entire business cooperation process, including initial demand communication, solution explanation, detailed cooperation negotiations and follow-up services, assist customers in handling related administrative and compliance procedures, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
3. Monitor the Hong Kong local labor market and related policy dynamics, understand government support measures and industry development trends, provide basic policy information and operational advice to customers, and regularly feed back market information to the team to assist in optimizing business directions.
4. Maintain existing customer relationships, enhance service satisfaction and long-term cooperation ratio, and actively expand new customer resources to achieve the team's predetermined business objectives.
5. Collaborate with the team to complete business-related data sorting, file storage and simple reporting work to ensure clear data and orderly processes.
Job Requirements
1. Hong Kong local residents, holding Hong Kong identity cards, familiar with the local social environment and business operation mode.
2. Have 1 to 2 years or more of business development, customer service or sales-related experience; those with enterprise service, human resources, recruitment or administrative support experience are given priority.
3. Have good communication and expression skills, be sensitive to customer needs, and be able to independently follow up on customers and negotiate cooperation.
4. Work actively and responsibly, with a goal-oriented mindset and team spirit, and be able to accept a results-oriented work mode.
5. Familiar with basic office software operations, able to sort files and write simple work records in a systematic manner.
