Customer Service and Admin Assistant

To meet our business expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate for our new headcount of Customer Service/Admin Assistant.

Key responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, provide excellent customer service to customers

• Attend to the needs of customers professionally and efficiently and relay their enquires to the suitable departments for assistance

• Provide administrative support to daily operations including coordination of regular meetings

• Manage reception duties

• Provide secretarial support to senior management as necessary

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above in relevant disciplines

• 1-2 years of work experience

• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills

• Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, good English

• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as AI

• Pleasant personality and positive attitude essential
