Handle receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering the phone, and providing excellent reception services to the visitors
Provide clerical and admin support to the Administration Department
Responsible for the meeting room and company vehicle booking and arrangement
Coordinate the environmental cleanliness in the reception area and meeting rooms
Perform stationery ordering, pantry supplies and stock-keeping
Reliever of the headquarters receptionist while necessary
Assist in ad hoc duties as required
HKCEE/ HKDSE
administration or customer service in a sizeable conglomerate
Presentable, well-organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Immediately available is preferred
