Now recruiting a customer service representative.</p><p>Working location: Kowloon Bay</p><p></p><p>Core Responsibilities:</p><p>Handling and resolving daily inquiries and complaints from merchants (phone/mail/online).</p><p>Proactively contact merchants, maintain customer relationships and promote upgrade products.</p><p>Assist in developing strategies and implementing plans to enhance customer loyalty.</p><p>Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure high-quality service (from occupancy to after-sales).</p><p>Efficiently handle two-way communication, maintain professional responses.</p><p>Continuously maintain the merchant relationship network.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>At least 1 year of customer or sales experience.</p><p>Able to communicate in Cantonese and English, those who can speak Mandarin are preferred.</p><p>Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.</p><p>Graduates with excellent computer skills and communication abilities will also be considered.</p><p></p><p>Benefits:</p><p></p><p>Remote work policy</p>
