Develop strategic social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement and customer acquisition
Develop and manage both paid and organic social calendar to work on social media posting and advertising execution
Lead the creation of social media content calendars and ensure timely content publishing across all social media platforms
Establish social media marketing advertising budget. Work within the budget and revise the planned expenditure regularly to maximize the results
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and agencies to develop engaging posts for social media channels in various format such as text, images, videos, and other media formats.
Responsible for growing, cultivating, and engaging our social community/channels.
Manage paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, follower base, and engagement, leveraging best practices, targeting strategies, and KOL/influencer partnerships.
Monitor and prepare reports on social media marketing efforts, including analytics and insights, and make recommendations/ adjust strategies for optimal results.
Stay up-to-date on the market trend to give insight on emerging and effective social media strategy to boost conversion
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years or above related working experience in similar capacity preferably in retail, hospitality, art or creation.
In-depth knowledge and experience with major social medial platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube.
Experience in China social media platforms such as WeChat, RED and Douyin is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills to drive marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendations.
Well-organised, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks.
Able to work independently under tight timelines, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Digital Marketing Manager (Social Media).
