Large Model Vertical Field Engineer

Duties include:

1. Responsible for the post-training of large models with vertical capabilities under the HKGAI large model system, applied to content creation, intelligent search, Agent, etc. Direction of landing products, single-point breakthrough on the performance ceiling of specific abilities;

2. Responsible for the construction process of large model applications, from requirement analysis, model design to development implementation and optimization, ensuring application efficiency and accuracy;

3. Continuously optimize the effect of large model application through data analysis and algorithm improvement, enhance the performance and user experience of the model;

4. Build a comprehensive evaluation system for individual skills, work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, etc., and jointly promote the smooth progress of the project.
