Event promotion assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various market promotion activities, offline experience activities, etc., ensure the smooth flow of activities and achieve the expected publicity effect.

• Responsible for the preparatory work of the event, such as material sorting, venue decoration, promotional product distribution, electronic equipment setup, and on-site guidance and arrangement.

• Collaborate with the marketing team and design team to create simple promotional copy, social platform short film scripts and on-site shooting materials, and enhance online visibility and social participation rate.

• Have good communication skills and affinity, be able to naturally exchange with people of different backgrounds in Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English, without professional language qualification.

• Interested and enthusiastic about market research and creative activities, willing to learn new things, and able to adapt to the changing work environment and flexible work schedule of outdoors and indoors.

• Have basic digital tool operation skills (such as mobile phone photography, WeChat/WhatsApp communication, Google form filling), and be familiar with social media platform operations is even better.

• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, able to independently complete assigned tasks, and also have team spirit, be able to coordinate with supervisors and colleagues to advance the progress of on-site work.

• Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or having been approved for high-talent, high-quality, IANG, etc. legal work visa qualifications; academic qualifications are unlimited, and no relevant industry experience is required.

• Monthly salary of HKD 26,000 to 28,000, depending on personal performance and job suitability, with annual salary review based on company policy.

• Enjoy statutory public holidays and paid annual leave, after three months of employment, you can enjoy 7 days of annual leave, which increases up to a maximum of 14 days with seniority.
