According to the company's different development stages, formulate, organize and implement annual and monthly training plans;
Check the implementation of the training plan, summarize the overall training situation, objectively evaluate the training effect, and develop a new training scheme;
Expand training pipelines and training resources, develop training topics, compile training materials, write training lesson plans;
Teach training courses, guide and assist various departments to implement various training projects, improve training quality and effectiveness;
Responsible for conducting employee training on various subjects, evaluation and acceptance, recording, and evaluation management;
Responsible for the promotion of personnel at various levels of the company;
Responsible for officer management and training;
Complete other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Human resources management, psychology, etc. related professional bachelor's degree;
Three years of human resources training and development, and organizational talent management related work experience;
Familiar with training needs analysis, course design and evaluation methods, with training project design and course development experience preferred;
Good written and oral communication skills, including Cantonese, Mandarin expression and Chinese report writing;
Have good team spirit and coordination skills;
Must be a Hong Kong resident or have a valid work visa to legally work in Hong Kong.
