Day shift health worker

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day home care services to the elderly, including personal care, assistance with brushing and dressing, and basic daily living assistance such as toileting

• Escort the elderly to medical clinics for follow-up visits or participate in community activities, ensuring their safety along the way

• Assist with simple medical care, such as measuring blood pressure, reminding medication, and observing health status

Work requirements

• Primary school graduation or above, must hold certificates in personal care assistant, health aide, physical therapy assistant or occupational therapy assistant

• 1 to 3 years of relevant nursing work experience, those with experience in serving the elderly will be given priority

• Good communication skills, patient, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle work affairs independently

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, able to effectively communicate with the elderly and their families

• Shifts will be adjusted to meet service needs, working 5.5 days per week, rotating shifts between 9 am and 7 pm, with no night shifts
