9-hour customer service ambassador (early, mid, and late shifts)

Job Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Working in the lobby of a building, providing professional customer service and carrying out basic security responsibilities.</li> <li>Answer resident inquiries and provide polite and efficient service support.</li> <li>Implement channel control, visitor registration and entry/exit management.</li> <li>Regular security patrols are conducted to ensure the safety and order of the building.</li> <li>Check the building facilities and report any abnormalities immediately. Follow up on the report.</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Two or more years of security or service industry-related work experience.</li> <li>Shift work is required, working 9 hours a day, including early and mid shifts, from 07:00 to 16:00 and 13:00 to 22:00.</li> <li>Need to wear a designated uniform, including a suit skirt or a shirt with a tie, and to be well-groomed.</li> <li>Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to handle resident inquiries in a polite manner.</li> <li>Responsibility and discipline, able to handle and report sudden situations independently. </li> </ul>
