Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the supervision and operation of the control room at night (usually from 11 pm to 7 am), through closed-circuit television systems, access control systems, fire and security alarm systems, etc. to real-time monitor the safety of the building or facility.
Receive and immediately process various security alarm signals, including intrusion alarms, fire alarm signals, emergency assistance button activation, etc., according to the predetermined procedure to report to front-line personnel or relevant departments, and record the event process and follow-up results.
Execute daily patrol instructions through electronic recording and coordination, confirm the presence of patrol personnel through the central system, and communicate with colleagues on site by walkie-talkie or phone if necessary to understand the situation.
Receive overnight visitors and process entry and exit registration, verify identity documents, visitor passes issuance and retrieval, and ensure that all persons entering the area comply with management regulations; report suspicious individuals or unauthorized entry immediately and take appropriate observation and prevention measures.
Maintain control room equipment in normal operation, regularly inspect the monitor screen, communication equipment, backup power and recording system, and report any faults to your supervisor and arrange for repairs immediately. Complete the shift log and handover record.

Work requirements

Aged 18 or above, holding a valid Hong Kong resident identity card, with no criminal record, and able to pass a basic background check.
Have at least one year of property management, security or monitoring center related work experience, familiar with CCTV, access control, fire alarm, etc. common system operators are preferred.
Have good Chinese reading and writing skills, be able to clearly write event reports and shift records; those who understand basic English vocabulary and simple conversation will be given priority.
Need to have a high sense of responsibility, alertness, and independent judgment, be able to focus for a long time at night monitoring the screen, and remain calm and respond according to the procedure when faced with sudden situations.
Healthy body, able to adapt to shift work and night shift, no serious vision impairment (corrected vision must reach normal level), able to sit for long periods and operate electronic devices for more than 8 hours.
