Licensed Real Estate Agent/Customer Manager/Senior Customer Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing and maintaining customer resources, providing professional real estate buying and leasing services to buyers and sellers.

2. In-depth understanding of market dynamics, analysis of real estate trends, and provision of accurate investment advice to customers.

3. Assist customers to complete the transaction process, including contract signing, loan application and related legal procedures.

4. Regularly conduct market research, understand the latest policies and industry information, and enhance professional knowledge and standards.

5. Organize and participate in company-arranged training and activities to improve personal sales skills and team collaboration abilities.

Requirements:

1. Hold a valid Hong Kong real estate license or relevant qualifications, those with relevant experience are given priority.

2. Have good communication skills and interpersonal relationship management skills, and be able to independently expand business.

3. Passionate about the real estate industry, with strong sense of responsibility and achievement motivation.

4. Familiar with the local market environment, those who have certain customer resources or network are especially preferred.
