Responsibilities: * Assist the Area Manager in delivering high-quality property management services * Organize meetings and perform administrative tasks for Incorporation Owners * Build and maintain good relationships with tenants * Manage emergencies, customer inquiries, and complaints * Monitor the quality of maintenance, security, and cleaning services of properties Requirements: * A diploma or higher, or equivalent qualifications to the Qualifications Framework * 3 years of relevant work experience in property management * Advantageous to have a PMP license * Customer-focused and capable of handling stress * Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese * Competent in using MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing software * Consideration for candidates with less experience as Property & Facilities Officer Salary and Benefits: * 5-day workweek * Birthday leave * Study leave * Stable working hours * Medical coverage
