Job Description Responsibilities Partner Ecosystem Development: Act as the primary owner for developing partner ecosystems to foster a business environment conducive to Alibaba Cloud in Hong Kong. Proactively recruit, onboard, and cultivate partners to drive rapid business expansion in the cloud sector. Partner Management & Revenue: Oversee partner revenues, joint business plans, and execute partner campaigns. Maintain accurate records of pipelines, sales forecasts, and campaigns, and update regional leadership accordingly. Collaboration & Coordination: Engage with the Regional channel team for strategic guidance. Collaborate closely with the Business Development (BD) team on business development, presales, marketing, and support to facilitate day-to-day operations. Sales Targets & KPIs: Achieve individual sales targets and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Ensure high-quality and competent partnerships through reinforcement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), partner programs, and certification requirements (such as ACA, ACP, ACE) to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Qualification Requirements: Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent. 3+ years of relevant experience in the IaaS/PaaS/SaaS industry. Experience & Skills: Demonstrate solid partner management expertise with a track record of successful partnership deals. Possess distinctive problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and communication abilities. Adaptability to dynamic business environments with innovative and reflective thinking. Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written English. Certifications: Advantageous to possess certifications from Alibaba Cloud Academy, including ACA and ACP.
