Job Description

Capital: $17130 per month

Minimum entry requirements:
5 years of relevant work experience, academic qualifications are not limited, hard-working and eager to learn, with kitchen and bakery management experience preferred
Language requirements: General Cantonese conversation, general Chinese reading and writing
Working hours: 6 days work, Daily 9 hours (1 hour for meals), Saturday and Sunday need to work, and shift work is required
Accommodation: Deduct 10%
Responsibilities:
1) Make Western-style pastries, cakes, bread, and chocolate
2) Operate and monitor the oven, dough machine, and slicer
3) Prepare ingredients, purchase ingredients, and monitor ingredient inventory
4) Monitor food quality and environmental hygiene
5) Assist in arranging manpower deployment and training employees
6) Assist in managing the kitchen's operations
7) Design new Western-style bread, cakes, etc.
8) Assist other kitchen staff with their qualifications
