Job Description

• Responsible for receiving customers and arranging seats

• Answering the phone, answering customer inquiries and confirming reservation services

• Maintain a polite image and provide quality customer service

Requirements:

• Secondary 6 level

• 1 year of work experience

• Excellent customer service and good communication skills

• Positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude

• Good Cantonese, general English, and Mandarin
