Main responsibilities:
Maintain daily operations of the central kitchen
Suggest daily menus and develop new dishes
Participate in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to standard procedures, and make hot food boxes every day
Keep the kitchen environment clean and hygienic, follow the rules to carry out cleaning procedures, including cleaning equipment and work areas
Assist in managing food inventory, regularly inventory stock, ensure materials are properly stored and avoid waste
Control food cost and quality
Working location: Yau Tong / Tseung Kwan O
Working hours: Monthly 4 days off, 10 hours a day, shift work, rotating breaks
Salary: Negotiable
Requirements:
1. Have secondary five education or above
2. Need basic Chinese cuisine kitchen work experience, familiar with common cooking methods and tool use
3. At least 8-10 years of head chef experience, with central kitchen experience and a food safety supervisor certificate being preferred
4. Have a sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, and the ability to work independently or in a team
5. Understand and read Chinese
6. Must be physically demanding work
7. Good personal hygiene
8. Coordinate shift and rest schedules
9. Priority will be given to those who have worked in the food industry
