Job Responsibilities

Requirements

Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace equipped with necessary hardware and software tools
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without direct supervision
Familiarity with common productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and customer support platforms
