Job Description:

- Establish and maintain good relations with customers, understand employer needs and provide suitable foreign helpers for interviews.

- Conduct interviews with foreign domestic helpers and make selections.

- Follow up on employer satisfaction and domestic helper situation after they enter the house.

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and explore business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Have employment center sales experience.

- Enjoy communication and interpersonal skills.

- Able to empathize, build and maintain good employer relationships.

- Self-motivation and able to achieve sales targets.

- Able to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.

-Able to communicate and interview with domestic helpers in English.

We provide competitive salary and benefits, including a base salary of $18,000-$30,000 plus commission (starting at $1,200 per order) , 12 days off, 5 days work, birthday leave and bank holiday, career development and promotion opportunities. Join our vibrant team and create success together!
