Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the overall execution of air conditioning and mechanical engineering projects, including design review, construction management, progress control and acceptance work.
Coordinate with property owners, contractors, consulting companies and relevant government agencies (such as the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Department and the Fire Department) on communication and document exchange to ensure project compliance with contract requirements.
Prepare and review engineering budgets, cost estimates, change orders, and payment applications, and strictly control project costs and resource allocation.
Regularly inspect construction sites, evaluate construction quality, safety measures and technical standards implementation, and promptly identify risks and propose improvement solutions.
Lead a cross-disciplinary team (including air conditioning, electricity, fire, elevators, etc.), promote engineering integration and technical collaboration, and ensure system operation is coordinated and efficient.

Work requirements

Holding a bachelor's degree in mechanical and electrical engineering or related sciences; those with registration as electrical engineering personnel (A or B level) by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) are preferred.
Have at least 8 years of air conditioning and mechanical engineering site management experience, of which no less than 3 years are as project manager or equivalent, with large commercial buildings, hospitals, data centers or government projects experience is particularly good.
Familiar with the Hong Kong Electricity Ordinance, Buildings Ordinance, Fire Ordinance and relevant rules (such as the House Equipment Engineering Practical Code, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering Practical Code), and able to handle legal compliance matters independently.
Proficient in English and Cantonese, able to write technical reports, meeting minutes and contract documents fluently; Mandarin has basic communication skills.
Have excellent leadership, crisis management, and multi-party coordination skills, and be able to push for stable project delivery under tight deadlines and complex environments.
