Job Details

• Job Title: Customer Service Assistant (Part-time, Weekend)

• Working mode: Part-time, work on weekends (work 2 days a week, Saturday and Sunday)

• Working location: Hong Kong Central District

• Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and hourly/day rate)

Main responsibilities

• Greet and attend to patients, providing friendly and professional service experiences

• Answer customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, etc., arrange and follow up treatment appointments

• Assist guests with registration, waiting and basic consultation process

• Handling customer feedback and basic inquiries, ensuring a smooth service experience

Position requirements

• Second 5 or above, with customer service experience

• Applicants with previous employment in the beauty, medical beauty, retail or service industries will be given priority

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Cantonese, basic English/Mandarin

• Active and positive, detail-oriented and responsible, able to handle store affairs independently

• Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays
