建築服務工程師

Our client is a main contractor specializingin commercial fitting out looking for some right candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors, clients, architects and consultants on site E&M matters

• Assist in design works, project planning and operations of E&M systems

• Prepare project documents and drawings, attend site meetings, project implementation, site progress monitoring and supervision, etc.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineeringor Electrical Engineer

• Min 2 years’ relevant exp inbuilding services / fitting out projects / HVAC

• Familiar with project co-ordination & site progress monitoring

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

• More experience will be considered as Sr Building Services Engineer
