[Banking Role]Risk Management Deputy MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee credit operations under the SFGS (SME Financing Guarantee Scheme), ensuring efficient and compliant processing.

• Formulate business workflows and establish data policies to enable seamless AI automation integration, improving operational efficiency and risk control.

• Lead credit process re‑engineering and system enhancement projects to strengthen processing capacity and support AI‑driven initiatives.

• Monitor daily credit operations and coordinate with technology, risk, and business teams to implement scalable and intelligent workflows.

Requirements

• University degree or above in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in credit operations, preferably within banking or financial institutions.

• Strong knowledge of commercial credit and loan products offered by financial institutions.

• Proven project management skills, with experience in process redesign or digital transformation.

• Experience in implementing AI/automation in operational workflows is a strong advantage.

• Proactive, process‑driven, and focused on continuous improvement.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong written English proficiency.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Senior Manager (SM) or Manager (M).
