Evaluating, analysing, and recommending benefits and program design that meet the client shirt and long- term objectives
Performing benefits analyses that include claims analyses, budget projections, and benchmarking studies
Oversee routine benefit area operations, supporting sales term and product development team as part of the border team
Contributing to the development of the company’s consulting tools and processes
Experience in health & benefits consulting
