Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Solution Implementation
• Lead and support end‑to‑end logistics solution projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful deployment.
• Conduct feasibility studies and operational assessments to validate solution design.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and post‑implementation reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with operations, warehouse, transport, IT, commercial, and finance teams.
• Act as the key communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
• Align cross‑department workflows to ensure seamless solution implementation.
Process Optimization
• Analyze current logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and efficiency enhancement strategies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.
• Support P&L ownership through financial tracking and variance analysis.
• Provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
Data & Performance Management
• Analyze operational data to evaluate solution performance.
• Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and performance reviews for management visibility.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting for decision-making.
