<p>Job Responsibilities</p><p>· Participate in a one-year management trainee program, through systematic training and practical work, to build solid financial industry knowledge and leadership skills.</p><p>· Receive comprehensive classroom training and experiential learning, deepen your understanding of financial knowledge, and enhance your leadership skills and personal effectiveness.</p><p>· Rotate through designated business departments or professional functional areas, and participate in cross-functional projects, accumulate diverse practical experiences, and gain a comprehensive understanding of company operations and business architecture.</p><p>· Assign high-level managers as mentors to provide career development guidance, performance feedback and experience sharing, and support personal growth and career planning.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Work requirements</p><p>· Bachelor's degree or above, fresh graduates or those with up to two years of work experience.</p><p>· Proactive, with a high sense of responsibility and self-motivation.</p><p>· Have good business instincts and confidence in your ability to excel in a competitive environment.</p><p>· Possess excellent leadership potential, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.</p><p>· Have team spirit, creative thinking, and innovation. </p><p>· Proficient in Chinese and English writing and oral expression, fluent in Mandarin (preferred)</p><p>· Welcome high-talented, high-qualified, IANG visa or dependent identity applicants.</p><p>· Outstanding performance after completing the plan may lead to permanent employment or contract renewal.</p>
