<p>Duties:</p><p> Assist in the development and implementation of KOL marketing plans for overseas social media platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), participate in content planning and promotion. </p><p></p><p>Participate in the KOL content co-creation process, assist in optimizing the content script, and ensure that the content meets the local preferences and brand image. </p><p> Track KOL collaboration effects, clean up data and assist with basic analysis (such as exposure, interaction rate, etc.).</p><p> Follow overseas social media trends, competitive product dynamics and popular content formats, and provide inspiration and advice to the team. </p><p> Assist cross-departmental communication, support marketing activities landing and effect feedback. </p><p></p><p> Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above Marketing Relevant professional preferred.</p><p>English listening, speaking, reading and writing are fluent, which can be used as a working language. Candidates with overseas study or living experience are preferred.</p><p>Fresh graduates or those with less than 1 year of relevant experience are welcome, those with social media operation, content creation or KOL cooperation internship experience are preferred.</p><p>Love fashion, sports or pop culture, interested in women's clothing or sports brands, with a sense of the internet and aesthetic ability.</p><p>Familiar with mainstream overseas social media platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), those who have personal account operation experience are better. </p><p>Have basic data sensitivity and learning abilities, and be able to use basic tools to assist in tracking effects. Strong communication and collaboration awareness, high execution ability, and willingness to actively learn and adapt to fast-paced work. </p><p>Have experience in short video content creation or editing. Familiar with online marketing or cross-border e-commerce experience for women's clothing is preferred.</p>
