Monthly salary up to HK$18,000 – HK$20,000 (depending on experience and position)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer greeting, seating, and answering menu questions, providing professional and friendly Japanese dining services

• Accurately record customer orders, coordinate kitchen and front-line service processes, and ensure serving efficiency and quality

• Keep the restaurant environment clean, including tables, chairs, cutlery and service area for daily cleaning and decoration

• Assist in opening and closing the store, complete the preparation and cleaning before and after business

• Actively promote daily special dishes and promotional activities to enhance customers’ dining experience and satisfaction

Work requirements

• Have basic Cantonese communication skills, those who understand Mandarin are better, and able to effectively communicate with customers and teams

• Preference will be given to those with restaurant service experience, and those with relevant experience can apply for senior waiter positions

• Attitude sincere and polite, attention to details, and good team spirit

• Willing to accept on-the-job training and cooperate with the company's shift schedule
