<p>- *Manage & Monitor Private Cloud*: Oversee compute, storage, and networking with tools like Prometheus; provide 24/7 support for optimal performance and efficiency.</p><p>- *Implement Automation*: Deploy/maintain tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) to boost scalability and reduce manual tasks.</p><p>- *Ensure Availability & Protection*: Handle DR, backups, and encryption for critical apps, with regular testing for business continuity.</p><p>- *Troubleshoot Issues*: Resolve complex problems via root-cause analysis, meeting SLAs quickly.</p><p>- *Collaborate with Teams*: Integrate securely with dev, security, and IT using CI/CD and RBAC.</p><p>- *Train & Guide*: Provide sessions and docs on cloud processes to empower developers/operators.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Experience:</p><p>- *Education*: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.</p><p>- 2+ years in cloud administration; financial/banking systems preferred, with knowledge of technical architectures.</p><p>- Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift, containers, Ansible, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Huawei HCS, MySQL, Redis. Deep understanding of cloud platforms (compute, networking, storage, backup/recovery, virtualization).</p><p>- Up-to-date on cloud trends/best practices. Self-motivated, pressure-resilient, strong troubleshooting/problem-solving. Team collaborator with effective technical communication.</p><p>- *Language*: Fluent in written/spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.</p>
