Greet customers actively, provide basic dining information, menu introduction and simple language assistance (including Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English)
Coordinate communication and support between various positions on the floor (such as waiters, cashiers, and dishwashers) to meet the flexible staffing needs of operations.
Handling customer real-time inquiries, simple complaints and special needs (such as seat preferences, celebration arrangements), and reporting abnormal situations according to the standard process to higher-ups.
Keep the reception area clean and beautiful, regularly check the signs, waiting area facilities and promotional materials to ensure a consistent brand image is presented.
Work requirements
Yearly 18 years old, with good Cantonese communication skills, able to have daily conversations in Mandarin and basic English; those with no relevant experience can receive training, but must have a high service awareness and learning willingness.
Appearance is neat and decent, with a sense of affinity and emotional stability, and the ability to maintain politeness and focus in high-pressure and busy environments.
Have basic number concepts and memory, quickly master restaurant layout, menu highlights, and common operating procedures.
Able to adapt to shift work, including lunch, dinner, holidays and sudden overtime arrangements; Need to have a reliable attendance record and team spirit.
Holding a valid Hong Kong identity card or legal work permit; holding a valid "Food and Drug Administration" "Food Industry Regulatory Course Certificate" is a preferred consideration.
