Job Description
- Responsible for managing and maintaining company customer information, building long-term stable and good cooperative relationships
- Understand market customer needs and develop operating strategies, coordinate internal teams to execute
- Optimize customer strategies through data analysis, improve customer satisfaction and transaction amount
- Timely handling of customer inquiries and complaints, following up on resolution progress, and improving satisfaction for all parties

Job Requirements
- More than 5 years of customer management or sales experience
- Preference will be given to those with practical experience in the Meituan delivery platform
- Applicants with domestic work experience will be given priority
- Bachelor's degree or above, or graduates from well-known universities are given priority
- Familiar with e-commerce, digital marketing or related industries, with excellent customer communication skills
- Data sensitive, able to evaluate customer performance through analysis tools (such as Excel, CRM systems)
- Familiar with social media advertising (such as Facebook, Google Ads, etc.)
- Able to speak fluent Chinese and English as well as writing skills
