Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for coordinating and following up on IPO prospectuses, annual reports, mid-term reports, circulars and financial announcements, etc. financial printing projects;
• Act as the main liaison window for customers to understand customer needs, draw up project schedules and ensure timely delivery of documents;
• Coordinate translation, typesetting, quality control, and printing among various departments;
• Monitor project progress and quality, and promptly address customer feedback and unexpected issues;
• Supervise and guide customer service team members in their daily work, improve overall work efficiency and customer satisfaction;
• Assist the department manager in team training, work process optimization, and performance evaluation;
• Maintain long-term customer relationships, participate in customer communication meetings and new project follow-up.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above, business, communication, language or related fields of study are preferred;
• 2 years + customer service or project coordination experience, financial printing or publishing industry background is preferred;
• Familiar with IPO, annual reports and listed company document preparation and upload process;
• Have good communication and written expression skills in Chinese and English;
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills, able to maintain high-quality output under tight deadlines;
• Proactive and positive, with leadership and team management skills;
• Familiar with the Hong Kong market and financial customer needs.
