Wedding Center Customer Service Assistant

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for receiving marriage customers, answering related questions and ensuring customer satisfaction</li><li>Handle file work, including sorting, review and submission of various marriage-related documents to ensure accuracy and correctness</li><li>Answering phone inquiries and providing clear and concise information to customers</li><li>Handle general office affairs, such as clerical work and file management, and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.</li><li>Support other departments when needed, ensure the center runs smoothly</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Secondary six education, with good learning and adaptation abilities</li><li>Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin</li><li>Have basic English skills, able to read and write simple English emails or files</li><li>Familiar with Chinese and English reading and writing, with Chinese typing skills, and able to efficiently complete administrative work</li><li>Have basic computer operations knowledge, and be able to quickly familiarize yourself with related systems</li><li>Available for immediate employment</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Monthly salary $16,000 - $18,000</li><li>Enjoy 10 days of annual leave each year to ensure employee rest rights.</li><li>Working hours are from Monday to Friday, working 5 days (9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm)</li></ul>
