Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in completing fund operation-related work. This includes but is not limited to the following: Fund raising, establishment, and registration in the process of fund establishment, as well as data statistics and maintenance, information submission, fund liquidation and distribution in the process of fund operation;
2. Assist in the collection, sorting and archiving of fund documents; including but not limited to private equity fund product information, contract information, etc.;
3. Assist investors in operating and serving, pay attention to the change of investors’ shares, assist in the subscription, application and redemption management of fund products, and provide various reports to investors;
4. Assist department leaders in completing other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance, marketing, finance, law, mathematical statistics, etc.;
2. Have financial institution internship work experience, strong English reading and writing abilities, those who are preferred;
3. Candidates with experience in the back-end operation of dollar funds and overseas funds are preferred;
4. Humble and eager to learn, cautious and meticulous, clear and orderly, and serious and responsible.
